Magical, because the ideal elements are here to be able to study in peace and a good atmosphere, combined with the possibility to go out and have a good time after a heavy day. According to tradition, Salamanca has always been characterised by its cultural atmosphere. The people who come to Salamanca remember the city for its educational institutions, its streets which are bursting with life (there are more than 50.000 young people studying at the university), its monuments (it was not for nothing that UNESCO named Salamanca the Guardian Angel of Humanity), its pure Castilian, its gastronomy and most especially the friendliness and hospitality of its inhabitants.
